Welcome to Alpha Pack Trading Group LLC (the “Trading Group”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Trading Group’s chat room and website, as well as any products, services, or materials provided by the Trading Group (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Membership and Payment
a. Membership. To access the Trading Group’s chat room, you must become a member by providing the necessary information and payment.
b. Payment. All membership fees are due in advance and are non-refundable once access to the chat room has been granted.
c. Cancellation. Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to the Trading Group at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled payment. The Trading Group will stop any future payments from being charged and the member will continue to have access to the chat room until the end of their current billing cycle.
d. Suspension and Termination. The Trading Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of the group’s rules and guidelines.
Intellectual Property
a. Ownership. The Services, including but not limited to the chat room, website, and any materials provided by the Trading Group, are owned by the Trading Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. Use. Members may use the Services only for their own personal, non-commercial use. Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Services without the Trading Group’s prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
a. The Services are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
b. The Trading Group does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of Liability
a. In no event shall the Trading Group be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services, even if the Trading Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
b. The Trading Group’s total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Trading Group is located.b. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in such jurisdiction.
